Job Description

This position is for the Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) based in Bandra Kurla Complex. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Participate in conducting initial interviews and assessments of candidates Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs Aid in resolving employee inquiries and issues regarding HR policies and procedures Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments on various HR-related projects Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations About Company: The Indian Institute of Gems & Jewelry (IIGJ) is an initiative of the Gem & Jewelry Export Promotion Council (GJEPC).
