Source and recruit candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal databases.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Maintain compliance with all internal policies and external legal requirements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0.6 3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
