Position:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
OR
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Gender Preference:
Male candidate only
Salary:
Up to INR 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Generalist Role

Handling end-to-end employee onboarding formalities.
Preparation of joining documents and annexures.
Issuance of appointment letters and other HR documentation.
Maintaining and filing employee records (physical and digital).
Ensuring documentation compliance as per company and statutory requirements.

Payroll Support (Input Preparation Only)

Collecting, verifying, and preparing payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, additions, and deductions.
Coordinating with payroll/internal team for salary processing.
No responsibility for salary calculation or salary processing.

Statutory & Compliance Support

Facilitating ESIC registration and ESIC number generation for employees.
Supporting PF/ESIC documentation and employee data coordination.
Assisting in audits and compliance-related documentation as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in HR operations, generalist role, and payroll coordination.
Hands-on experience in onboarding, documentation, and statutory processes.
Basic understanding of payroll structure (input level only).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with the specified shift timings.
