-Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
-Onboarding and Orientation: Help facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires and interns by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring they feel welcomed into the Trend10 team.-Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute engagement activities, virtual or in-person events, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.-HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.-Performance Management Assistance: Support the performance review process by helping track employee evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.-Learning & Development Support: Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal workshops and development programs for both new hires and existing team members.-General HR Operations: Provide administrative support for HR operations, including answering employee inquiries, assisting in employee relations, and contributing to special HR projects.
