Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance management processes (appraisals, feedback sessions).
• Assist with HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and exit formalities.
• Help plan and organize team-building events and employee engagement programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or academic exposure to HR practices.
• Interest or experience in IT/web design/digital industry work culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
