Business Development Executive (Fresher to 1 Year)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BDE to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry vertical. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive suite of design and development services to businesses looking to enhance their digital presence and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and qualify leads, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales techniques.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking.

· Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.

· Collaborate closely with our design and development teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

· Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· Actively manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements:

· Preferably within the design and development services industry or related fields.

· Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles and processes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
