What You Will Learn in This Internship

Human Resources (HR) Learning Areas

• End-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
• Maintaining employee data and handling HR documentation.
• Onboarding and exit process handling.
• Drafting HR letters, notices, and policies.
• Organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Basics of HR compliance such as attendance, leave tracking, PF/ESI coordination.

Finance Learning Areas

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Preparation and management of invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintaining financial documents and records.
• Understanding GST, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance procedures.
• Monthly financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordination with vendors, auditors, and banking representatives.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
• Interest in both HR and Finance functions.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Eligibility

• Mandatory: B.E / B.Tech & MBA (HR)
• Freshers or final-year students looking for hands-on experience.
• Candidates must be from Chennai.
