HR & Finance Administrator

We are seeking a proactive HR & Finance Executive with at least 1+ year of experience in HR, Finance, or related roles. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the real estate industry while handling responsibilities across both HR and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support HR policies and compliance tasks.

Finance

• Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Support preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Handle invoices, payments, and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience .
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
