Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing product information and resolving customer queries.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and market trends.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, or additional sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools(we'll provide training).
• Ability to handle rejection and meet targets.

Salary:

As per industry standards (plus incentives).
