Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
