Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Bodakdev
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The role involves handling payroll management, vendor coordination, employee expense sheet management, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in data management, and a good understanding of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
  • Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for HR-related services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain agreements/contracts.
  • Ensure timely payments and proper documentation of vendor bills.
  • Expense Sheet Management:
  • Verify and process employee expense claims as per company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and approvals.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for reimbursements.
  • ESIC Knowledge & Compliance:
  • Handle ESIC registrations, contributions, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist employees with ESIC-related queries and benefits.
  • Ensure timely submission of ESIC challans and returns.
  • General HR Support:
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support in audits, compliance checks, and HR reports.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (with focus on payroll & compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
