Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Hire skilled staff, prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and letters of intent. 2. Policy Management: Create and implement company policies, ensure adherence across all levels. 3. Attendance & Tracking: Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee location/field visits. 4. Payroll: Coordinate salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and approvals. 5. Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee data, manage joining and exit formalities. 6. Performance Management System (PMS): Implement PMS, set KRAs/KPIs, track performance, and support annual appraisals. 7. Compliance: Ensure HR activities follow labor laws and company regulations. 8. Employee Support: Handle grievances, engagement activities, and provide HR reports and analysis. Requirements: - Knowledge: HR policy and labor law knowledge - Skills: - Experience with PMS, attendance, and payroll systems - Strong in MS Office/HR software - Good communication and coordination skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
