Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Executive to join our team at Solitaire Malsi Farm. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of labor laws, and the ability to manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, legal compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate and conduct end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
• Manage smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially.
• Support employee engagement programs and staff welfare activities.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and morale, implementing necessary improvements.

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submissions and audits.
• Stay updated with changes in employment law and communicate the same to management.
• HR Operations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS updates.
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and termination letters.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
• Support departmental heads in performance evaluation and development planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
