Role & responsibilities Appoint and manage new dealers who can sell Truecoats paint products like Epoxy coatings, Roof Tile Coat, Floor Coatings, Water proofing Coating , Water-Based Enamel etc. Focus on outlets such as: Iron and steel shops Roofing and tile dealers Waterproofing and construction chemical stores New paint shops not already selling Truecoat Preferred candidate profile Achieve monthly sales & collection targets from assigned districts. Appoint new dealers in specialty outlets and ensure consistent billing. Visit 1012 outlets daily across districts and maintain reporting discipline. Generate secondary sales through painter interactions , contractor follow-ups , and site leads . Provide basic after-sales support to customers through dealers. Maintain relationships with bulk buyers , fabricators, and applicators.
Lead and guide CREs in daily dealer calls, orders, and followups. dealer interactions—orders, queries, offers. Prepare MIS reports (Tally, Excel, PPT). Monitor sales visits via SalesNrich. Manage CRM, IT access, social media, and events.
