Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and scheduling final rounds.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
Employee joining formalities (KYC, background check, ID creation).
Orientation & introduction to company policies.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll team with attendance and monthly data.
Draft HR policies and procedures as per company requirements.
Plan team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution.
Support management with performance review cycles.
understanding of HR compliance (PF, ESI, Other allowances etc.,)
Maintain HR trackers, reports, HR MIS.
Support office administration & vendor coordination when needed (startup culture).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
