Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Manager / HR Officer at our location in Kazhakoottam, Thiruvananthapuram. As a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Your role will be crucial in shaping the organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the adherence to HR best practices. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, updating employee records, coordinating performance management processes, addressing employee queries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, supporting training initiatives, organizing team-building activities, drafting HR policies, and providing administrative support to the HR department. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles. You should possess a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
