HR Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive to support our QSR operations team. The role is ideal for candidates with prior QSR/retail/food industry experience who want to grow their career in Human Resources. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations across outlets. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing Source, screen, and onboard crew members and outlet staff. Coordinate with Restaurant Managers to understand manpower requirements. Employee Onboarding & Documentation Manage joining formalities, ID creation, and personnel files. Conduct induction sessions for new hires. Attendance & Payroll Support Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Provide data support for payroll processing. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for outlet employees regarding HR queries. Support engagement activities to maintain high team morale. Compliance & Exit Formalities Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Assist with resignation and exit processes.
