HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including calling, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as handling day-to-day HR generalist functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory documentation. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Make outbound calls to potential candidates and conduct telephonic interviews. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status. 2. Onboarding & Documentation:Coordinate new joiner formalities and ensure timely submission of documents. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files. Conduct induction/orientation for new employees. 3. HR Operations & Generalist Activities:Assist in maintaining attendance, leave records, and updating HR MIS. Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance data preparation. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in performance review coordination and record-keeping. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events. Support grievance handling and ensure a positive work environment. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telecalling and candidate coordination ability. Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles (preferably in retail, automobile, or service industry).
