Job Description

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits administration. The role ensures that HR policies align with company objectives and labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and employee orientation.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency.
Facilitate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement activities.
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on employment-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, or compliance.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
