Position : HR Executive Experience : 1-3 years Job Summary We are hiring a qualified HR Executive to manage all phases of our recruitment efforts, from sourcing potential candidates to interviewing and evaluating them. In addition, the HR Executive will handle payroll, attendance management, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management to understand staffing needs, execute effective recruitment plans, and ensure smooth HR operations. Job Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions. Craft emails to attract passive candidates. Source candidates through various online channels. Screen resumes and application forms. Conduct interviews (in-person, phone, video). Prepare and distribute assessments (language, logical reasoning, numerical tests). Advertise jobs on career pages, job boards, and social media. Provide qualified candidate profiles to Hiring Managers. Send job offers and respond to queries about compensation and benefits. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-hire). Collaborate with management to identify future staffing needs. Provide guidance to new recruits and assist with onboarding. Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Track employee attendance and manage leave records. Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files and responding to inquiries. Job Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or HR Executive. Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, etc.). Familiarity with labor regulations. Experience with resume databases and referral programs.
