Job Description

Location: Zirakpur (Work from Office Only)

Type: HR Intern/Trainee
Timing: 10AM to 7PM

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
Conduct market research for HR best practices and trends
Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information
Post Social Media posts on official groups and pages. And promote official pages and groups on Social Media

Requirements:

Background or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
