Job Description

Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house manufacturing positions as well as sales profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to manage complete recruitment cycles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle the full in-house recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify staffing needs for manufacturing, office, and sales departments.

2. Resume Screening & Shortlisting

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.

3. Candidate Interaction

  • Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.

4. Offer Letter & Documentation

  • Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Collect and verify required documents from selected candidates.

5. Background Verification

  • Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of candidates.
  • Ensure authenticity of candidate information before joining.

6. Salary Negotiation

  • Discuss salary expectations, negotiate compensation within company budget, and finalize offer details.

7. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and interview feedback.
  • Maintain daily hiring trackers and recruitment reports.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and sales hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job portals knowledge- LinkedIn, Indeed, etc and basic HR documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as HR (experience in manufacturing recruitment preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
