Role Overview: As an HR Executive at EBSL AUTOMAT in Bengaluru, your role involves managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and talent development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and talent development. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers. - Coordinate orientation programs for new hires and maintain accurate employee records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment. - Strong knowledge of employment laws. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
