Enerture Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the solar EPC sector, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee databases.
Support employee engagement, appraisal cycles, and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms.
Act as a point of contact for project-site HR support.

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related discipline.
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the infrastructure, EPC, or renewable energy sectors.
Strong communication skills and working knowledge of HRMS/Excel.
