HR Executive (Recruiter)

to join our growing team! If you love the thrill of finding the right people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to roll up your sleeves, this one s for you.

Portfolio required to screen the application

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across teams
Source, screen, and schedule candidates with speed and precision
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and culture fit
Build talent pipelines and maintain a strong candidate experience

Qualifications

1 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hiring agencies or startups
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English written and spoken
A go-getter with high ownership and a proactive attitude
Based in Mumbai and open to a full-time onsite role
