Job Summary:

Ramja Genosensor Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering company in diagnostic and biosensor technology, is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage daily human resources tasks. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and performance appraisals
• Manage attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
• Address employee queries and assist in handling employee relations issues
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in internal communications, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives
• Prepare reports and maintain HR documents and records as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role
• Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
