Job Description

As a Recruitment & Onboarding professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes tasks such as job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. You will collaborate with department heads to determine staffing requirements and develop accurate job descriptions. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting background checks, drafting offer letters, and preparing employment contracts. Your role will also involve overseeing smooth onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - Create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads - Conduct background checks for potential hires - Prepare offer letters and employment contracts - Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders - Detail-oriented and organized approach to work Please note that this job is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
