Bizpole is a fast-growing business consulting and compliance company helping startups and SMEs build, manage, and scale their businesses. We combine human expertise with smart tech to make business compliance, accounting, and operations effortless.

Now, we’re building a Founders Team — a special squad that represents the Founder’s vision across all branches — and we’re looking for a passionate HR Executive – People Engagement to join us at the ground level.

About the Role

As an HR Executive – People Engagement (Management Trainee), you’ll be the driving force behind team energy, collaboration, and culture across Bizpole’s branches.
You’ll work directly with our Founder and the Founders Team, taking ownership of engagement activities, feedback processes, and cultural initiatives that keep Bizpole vibrant and united.

This isn’t a desk-only HR role. It’s a hands-on, travel-friendly, impact-driven position for someone who genuinely loves connecting people, solving small issues before they become big ones, and keeping teams motivated.

What You’ll Do

1. People Engagement & Branch Collaboration

  • Plan and conduct team-building activities, contests, celebrations, and recognition programs across branches.
  • Visit different Bizpole offices to observe, listen, and strengthen team dynamics and culture.
  • Keep energy and collaboration alive through creative engagement ideas that align with Bizpole’s values.

2. Internal Communication & Feedback

  • Facilitate smooth communication between teams and leadership.
  • Collect and document employee feedback and concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Conduct monthly feedback sessions and help prepare internal communication summaries.

3. Culture & Experience Building

  • Support new employee onboarding to ensure they connect with Bizpole’s culture from Day 1.
  • Identify and execute small yet meaningful initiatives that make work at Bizpole more engaging.
  • Track participation, morale, and feedback to gauge engagement effectiveness.

4. Founders Team Coordination

  • Work directly with the Founder and the Founders Team to execute company-wide culture and communication initiatives.
  • Be part of internal research and reporting on employee engagement, retention, and team collaboration metrics.
  • Act as a link between HR, Operations, and Founders Team to ensure people-related initiatives align with business goals.

Who You Are

  • A people person who connects easily and listens deeply.
  • Creative, energetic, and proactive — someone who makes things happen, not waits for them to happen.
  • Strong communicator with good command of English and at least one South Indian language (Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada).
  • Passionate about building culture, solving team challenges, and improving engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • Willing to travel across branches occasionally.
  • Familiar with basic HR processes, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR/people engagement can apply.
  • Leadership or cultural engagement experience during college or internships will be a plus.

Probation & Growth

You’ll join as a Management Trainee under a 6-month probation.
