About Us:

We are a professional PhD Research Guidance and Academic Support Company helping scholars with research papers, thesis writing, project guidance, and publication. We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, calling, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily performance.
Conduct employee onboarding and training for new joiners.
Support HR policies, office rules, and ensure professional work environment.
Assist in payroll support, documentation, and HR reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain a positive and professional communication with employees.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to speak politely, confidently, and handle people.
Time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

MBA HR .MSW HR

Salary:

Based on interview performance.
