Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR functions. The role will involve recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR operations that align with company goals.

Location: Cyberpark, Calicut
Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist management in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in an HR executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,239.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
