Job Description

HR executive manages day-to-day human resources operations, acting as a bridge between employees and management. Their responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll, and addressing employee grievances. They are crucial for ensuring the workplace runs smoothly by implementing HR policies and facilitating employee engagement and training.  Core responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Records and Compliance: Maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with payroll preparation by providing data and helping to manage employee benefits like insurance and PF. Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, addressing conflicts, and assisting in grievance redressal. Training and Development: Helping to develop and manage employee training programs and conducting employee orientations. Performance Management: Assisting in performance appraisals and conducting exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees. Administrative Support: Preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports as needed.
