Job Location - Madbari (Dakshina Kanadda)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing, labour law compliance, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate employee records, timely statutory submissions, and adherence to applicable labour regulations under the new Labour Codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leaves, and salary structures.
  • Handle payroll inputs like new joiners, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and audits.

Compliance Labour Laws:

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements: EPF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Professional Tax.
  • Stay up to date with new Labour Codes (Wages, Social Security, OSH, IR) and implement changes in HR processes accordingly.
  • Prepare and file periodic returns and reports to labour departments.
  • Handle labour inspections and audits and respond to notices if any.

HR Operations:

  • Support recruitment activities including screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and manage HRMS or employee database with accuracy.
  • Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, exit interviews, and documentation.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration, vendor management, facility upkeep, and inventory management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and workplace policies.

Key Skills Competencies:

  • BBA, MBA, MSW degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software (e.g. Zimyo Essl etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

BBA, MBA, MSW degree in Human Resources or related fields.
