Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, your role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and facilitate timely hiring processes. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and overseeing joining formalities. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting employee orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and facilitate timely hiring - Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities - Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs for new hires - Assist in organizing and coordinating performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes - Ensure HR documentation and processes adhere to organizational standards - Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Proficiency in English language is preferred Please note that the job type for this position is full-time.
