HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in handling various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee induction, training and development, and employee engagement with good leadership qualities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing job descriptions for all new positions - Coordinating with HOD for sourcing profiles and scheduling interviews - Screening profiles and conducting employee on-boarding - Managing the joining process of newly hired employees - Coordinating training programs and maintaining employee database - Handling confirmations, performance appraisals, and performance management processes - Conducting exit interviews and completing formalities for resigned employees - Managing full and final settlements of resigned employees - Maintaining employee relations and conducting engagement activities - Explaining and updating various HR policies, strategies, and benefits to employees - Issuing increment, promotion, experience, relieving, confirmation, and appointment letters - Providing support to employees on HR-related topics and resolving any issues that may arise To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in the entire HR spectrum - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong command over English language - Basic computer proficiency - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities - Honest, ethical, and dependable behavior - Positive attitude, sensitivity, and attentiveness - Proactive approach and ability to work well in a team Qualifications required for this position include: - MBA / PGDHRM / MSW / MHRM or equivalent Experience: - 1 Year to 3 Years Join us in accelerating your career and be a part of our team that is shaping the future of litigation support and technology in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.,
