Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing job descriptions for new positions, coordinating with department heads for sourcing profiles, scheduling and conducting interviews, screening profiles, onboarding new employees, managing employee databases, coordinating training programs, and handling various HR-related processes such as confirmations, appraisals, and exits. To excel in this role, you should be well-versed in the entire HR spectrum, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, have a good command of English, basic computer proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate qualities such as honesty, ethics, dependability, a positive attitude, sensitivity, attentiveness, initiative, and teamwork. Your qualifications should include an MBA, PGDHRM, MSW, MHRM, or equivalent, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
