Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment – job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding. Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Manage ESI, PF, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance activities. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation & policies are up to date. Support in training, induction, and performance management. Coordinate with field and technical teams for manpower requirements. Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance. Good communication in English & Kannada. Familiar with MS Office, Google Sheets, or HRMS software. Team player with positive attitude and attention to detail. Qualification: MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate with HR experience. Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with HR internship experience may also apply).
