Compliance and policy Legal Compliance: Ensure the hospital adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, employment laws, and industry standards. Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the hospital's objectives and create a positive work culture.  Administration and operations HR Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll, and benefits information. Payroll and Benefits: Administer compensation, process payroll, and manage employee benefits programs. Training and Development: Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through various initiatives, communication, and by addressing employee morale.  Strategic support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with hospital management to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals, including strategic workforce planning. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to ensure alignment on policies and initiatives.
