Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and update internal systems (e.g., attendance, leave, certifications). Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting on platforms, and managing responses. Coordinate employee training, orientation programs, and compliance sessions. Ensure timely payroll inputs, and coordinate with accounts/payroll team. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, and more. Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with offshore crew (if applicable) regarding documentation, joining schedules, etc. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (experience in recruitment preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of labour laws and HR software is a plus.
