Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops and Establishment Act, etc. ).
  • Draft policies, assist in audits, and help with grievance redressal.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of HR experience exclusively in startups.
  • Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and documentation proficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
  • Ready to join immediately.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience setting up HR processes from scratch.
  • Exposure to performance management or OKRs.
  • A keen interest in startup culture and team building.
