Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Submit Labour compliance & statutory compliance on timely manner
  • Maintain monthly employees data in system
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on Indian employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements and ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years experience required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
