HR Executive- Generalist

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant, your role will involve supporting in hiring workmen and staff in alignment with manpower requirements. You will be responsible for conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Additionally, you will prepare and issue appointment/offer letters and conduct joining formalities and employee induction. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Maintaining employee personal files - Supervising daily attendance, leave, and overtime records of factory employees In terms of Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws, you will be expected to assist in PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance returns and inspections. When it comes to Employee Engagement & Welfare, you will need to address grievances of workers and escalate when necessary. Furthermore, organizing employee engagement initiatives at the shop floor level will be part of your duties. Your HR Administration tasks will involve drafting HR letters, circulars, and notices. You will also coordinate medical check-ups, uniform/PPE distribution, and insurance formalities. Additionally, preparing periodic HR MIS reports on manpower, attrition, and absenteeism will be essential. In terms of Liaison & Support, you will support the HR Manager in audits and compliance reviews. Acting as a bridge between management and shop-floor employees will also be part of your role. It is worth mentioning that the job type is Full-time and Permanent.
