HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks. Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing relevant data. Contribute to the preparation of performance review reports.
