We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HR policies, attendance and leave procedures and managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. The role requires close coordination with department heads for manpower planning and hiring decisions.
The candidate should maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files and support employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and internal coordination. The role also involves handling day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (agency experience preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Candidate should be familiar with HR tools, attendance systems, and MS Office.
