Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR professional to manage the overall HR functions of the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll assistance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The HR executive will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting both management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and resolve grievances.
  • Support performance appraisal and training programs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
