Position Overview:

Celes’tile is seeking a dedicated and capable HR Executive (Female) with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should be well-versed in labour laws, statutory compliance, training & development, recruitment, and general HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, drafting skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel and computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
• Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.

HR Operations & Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks and assist in internal audits.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Maintain statutory registers and support compliance audits.

Training & Development:

• Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.
• Track employee participation and assess training outcomes.

Drafting & Documentation:

• Draft HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, memos, and notices.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR correspondence.

Employee Engagement & Support:

• Assist in grievance handling and employee communication.
• Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

HR Reporting & Excel Tasks:

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
• Use Advanced Excel for HR data tracking, reporting, and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR Specialization) – Required
• Experience: 1–2 years in an HR Executive or similar role
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Charts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic HR software/systems knowledge
• Domain Knowledge:
• Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Norms
• HR Policy Drafting
• Training Coordination
• End-to-end Recruitment
