We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist.
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
