Job Description

You should have 1 to 4 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in healthcare recruitment. Your responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment for various job functions, especially in healthcare. You will source relevant profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms, as well as screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. You will be conducting HR initial screening and coordinating interview schedules. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding process by collecting documents, maintaining employee files, and ensuring a smooth joining experience. Collaboration with stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities will be essential. Acting as a point of contact for employees and addressing grievances or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner is also part of the role. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee data and records using HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Generating reports and supporting HR operations through effective use of Excel and HRMS tools will be required. Supporting general HR functions including documentation, filing, and compliance tasks is also expected. An MBA in HR or relevant discipline is preferred for this role. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Excel and reporting tools, and have a good understanding of the recruitment life cycle and HR processes. Being able to multitask and handle documentation efficiently is essential. Other preferences include immediate joiners, willingness to work in night-shift, and possessing qualities such as being energetic, people-oriented, and a team player. Key skills required for this role include employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, recruitment, employee grievances, communication skills, offboarding, employee relations, and onboarding.,
