HR Executive Experienced

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and productivity within the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Furthermore, you will assist in talent management by identifying training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Providing guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, will also be part of your role. Your duties will involve building and nurturing relationships with partner companies to understand their hiring requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Managing candidate relationships, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, will be essential to provide a positive candidate experience. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or talent management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required, and proficiency in HR software such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools is preferred. This role is based in Kochi, requiring onsite work during the day shift from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Immediate joining is expected.
