Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (0–1 year experience) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early career professionals who want to kickstart their HR career in the IT & Cybersecurity domain. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while learning from real-time exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job ads and sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
• Support smooth onboarding and induction for new hires and interns.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize small team-building and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain a positive work environment by supporting employees’ queries.

HR Operations

• Maintain basic employee records (attendance, leave management, documents).
• Assist in drafting letters (offer, appointment, internship certificates, etc.).
• Provide support in payroll input preparation.

Training & Internship Support

• Help coordinate internship programs (Full Stack Development & Cybersecurity interns).
• Assist in arranging internal training sessions.

Compliance & Reporting

• Support HR team in maintaining statutory and company policy compliance.
• Prepare simple reports for HR activities and recruitment updates.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee management).
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers with internship/project experience can apply).
