We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Executive to join our growing team at ES EthicSecur SofTec (P) Ltd, a leading software development and digital solutions company. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a flair for client engagement, and a strong interest in business development and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions and services.
• Assist in proposal writing, documentation, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams.
• Maintain CRM and sales records, track leads and pipeline progress.
• Support in pre-sales activities, including demos and client onboarding.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Confidence in client interaction and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, etc.).
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Internship or project experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus.
• Understanding of current digital trends and software solutions is an advantage.
